At Legacy Store, we offer a 5-day return policy. You have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition as received (unworn/unused).
• With original tags and in original packaging.
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective or damaged.
• You received the wrong item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (Food, flowers, plants).
• Customized or personalized products.
• Personal care items (Beauty products).
• Sale items or Gift Cards.

Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges: Return the original item (at your cost). Once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Delivery charges apply for exchange shipments.

Refunds: After inspection, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, funds will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.
